Guided meditation has been shown to improve mindfulness, boost immunity, reduce anxiety and improve sleep. This 60 minute class includes a series of seated breathing exercises followed by periods of meditation. It also incorporates isometric exercises, designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to relax the body and combat stress and inflammation.
