Jennifer Kyritsis Balducci, a New Jersey native, completed her master’s degree in Physical Therapy at Boston University in 1997. After traveling extensively around the country to maximize her exposure to all aspects of physical therapy, she chose to settle in Annapolis in 2001.

Jennifer was site manager at Fitness Forum Physical Therapy for 6 years when she then opened One. in 2013 with her friend and business partner, Christina Thomas, PTA. Jennifer is a Certified Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy provider for the expert treatment of neck and back pain, and she uses this skill set to help her clients get to the root cause of their problems. With more than 25 years in the physical therapy industry, she uses a combination of her vast knowledge of exercise, body mechanics, posture and nutrition along with strong manual skills to empower her clients to learn how to 'fix themselves' and avoid future issues.

With a diagnosis of hEDS (joint hypermobility) herself, Jennifer is also in a unique position to help others struggling with this often debilitating disorder to maximize their health and function by providing them with her vast knowledge and understanding of the treatment of this condition.

In her spare time, Jennifer has led her local Business Association, SOFO since 2016 to help to give back to her community and spear head local events for the Forest Drive corridor.

Jennifer dedicates her business to her father whom we lost in 2013, 914 is not only the address of One., but it is also Jennifer’s father’s birthdate whom Jennifer attributes to her success. Her father provided her with the means to achieve her education as well as always telling her she should own her own business. He will always be close to her heart.
