Jennifer Kyritsis Balducci

Jennifer Kyritsis Balducci, a New Jersey native, completed her master’s degree in Physical Therapy at Boston University in 1997. After traveling extensively around the country to maximize her exposure to all aspects of physical therapy, she chose to settle in Annapolis in 2001.

With more than 25 years in the physical therapy industry, she uses a combination of her vast knowledge of exercise, body mechanics, posture and nutrition along with strong manual skills to empower her clients to learn how to 'fix themselves' and avoid future issues. Read more.

Christina Thomas

PTA, LSVT BIG®

Christina, co-owner of One. Incorporated, has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Her first certification was through AFAA as a group fitness instructor. She worked at Merritt Athletic Club as a fitness instructor while finishing her associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

After graduating from Delaware Technical Community College, she and her husband relocated to Annapolis. She began working at Fitness Forum Physical Therapy in 2005 until 2013 where she worked with a variety of patients with all types of orthopedic conditions. Read more.
