Katie Mazur is a lifelong fitness and yoga enthusiast. Katie is certified in yoga (200 hr CRT), barre, Advanced Buti, Sculpt and Bands, Aerial Yoga, Paddle Board Yoga, and is a Master in Usui Reiki and Animal Reiki. In her free time, she enjoys cooking healthy, plant-based meals with her family, and traveling. Katie's goal is to make fitness accessible to health enthusiasts of all levels.
