With over 47 combined years of experience in the physical therapy field, Jennifer Kyritsis Balducci and Christina Thomas, concerned about the limitations of healthcare dictated today by insurance companies, are providing a supervised, safe environment to educate and empower clients to take charge of their own health - maximize post-injury or disability rehabilitation - avoid future injury - achieve weight loss - increase strength - and continue to achieve and maintain wellness and fitness goals after insurance-paid traditional physical therapy ends.

Jennifer Kyritsis Balducci

PT, MSPT, Cert. MDT, LSVT BIG®

Jennifer received a master’s degree in physical therapy from Boston University in 1997. A New Jersey native, she settled in Annapolis in 2001 because of her love of history and the water. Jennifer was site manager of Fitness Forum Physical Therapy from 2002-2008. During this time she became certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), the McKenzie Method for the treatment of neck and back pain.

She uses this technique to promote healing for the entire body by educating her clients in self-treatment, postural correction, postural alignment, and injury prevention.

Christina Thomas

PTA, LSVT BIG®

Christina, co-owner of One. Incorporated, has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. Her first certification was through AFAA as a group fitness instructor. She worked at Merritt Athletic Club as a fitness instructor while finishing her associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. After graduating from Delaware Technical Community College, she and her husband relocated to Annapolis. She began working at Fitness Forum Physical Therapy in 2005 until 2013 where she worked with a variety of patients with all types of orthopedic conditions. With the knowledge she gained at Fitness Forum she opened One. Physical Therapy with her business partner Jennifer Balducci in 2013.
